Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable oil, water, salt. Fillings: Sardines, potatoes, curry powder, chilli powder, onion, garlic, chicken stock, sugar, salt. Made in a kitchen that uses nut ingredients.



May contain nuts.

Preparation

Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Ready to serve. May also be cooked in an air fryer at 180C for 15-20mins

Storage

All our curry puffs are half cooked and can last at room temperature for 3 days. Best kept frozen for up to 3 months.

Both chicken curry puff & sardine puff are delicious. But the sardine puff is a little bit crumbly, not sure whether it is due to the delivery made on the 3rd day (I was not at home the day after), pastry has been exposed to room temp>24h?

Tasty. Better if it can be done in the oven instead of frying!

Hi thanks for your review. Just to let you know they can be cooked in the oven or air fryer at 180C for about 15mins
